About CalmCraft
CalmCraft is a single-purpose site built around one question: what would a thoughtful, kind toolkit for anxiety actually contain? Each of the 32 tools was chosen because it has a published evidence base (CBT worksheets, paced breathing, grounding scans, exposure hierarchies) and because it can be finished in a few minutes with no setup. It's a tool site, not a clinic.
Who it's for. Adults experiencing everyday anxiety, mild-to-moderate stress, situational panic, or sleep-onset worry. Not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitations. Self-report worksheets are imperfect. Breathing tools require you to do them — they are not magic. If you find yourself escalating, stop and contact a clinician.

If you are in crisis: call your local emergency number, or contact a crisis line. In the US, dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In the UK, call 116 123 (Samaritans). In Australia, call 13 11 14 (Lifeline). A directory of international lines is maintained by the Find A Helpline directory.
No guarantees. Tools may help, may do nothing, or may not suit you. That's normal. Try a different one — the menu is large on purpose.
